Pilates Mat (Fundamentals)
A full body workout focused on the classical Pilates principles and fundamentals of the classical Pilates exercises with an emphasis on form. Just like the open level mat class the exercises are focused and sequenced to provide a profound challenge to the core, and multi directional movements that strengthen and stretch, resulting in uniform strength and better posture. The slower pace of the class allows those who are new to Pilates to learn the Pilates principles and correct form of exercises while those who are more advanced can focus on the depth of the work while refining their understanding of the system, all without sacrificing any of the challenge.
All levels welcome, but the class is targeted towards beginners and those new to Pilates. Max capacity 10 people.
Pilates Mat (Open Level)
A full body workout focused on the classical pilates principles of concentration, centering, control, precision, breath and flow. Exercises are focused and sequenced to provide a profound challenge to the core, and multi directional movements that strengthen and stretch, resulting in uniform strength and better posture. Walk out feeling taller, energized and ready to tackle your day!
All levels welcome, but the class is targeted towards advanced beginner/intermediate level. Max capacity 10 people.

Reformer Classes - Level I/II
Level I/II classes are geared towards advanced beginners and intermediate level clients (don't worry you advanced/strong folks, you'll feel it!). Prior reformer experience strongly suggested. You can expect the class to include a variety of exercises on the reformer, but you may also do some exercises on the mat, with the option of using all the fantastic small props (magic circle, foam rollers, light weights, and the oov) as appropriate for each group. Class size is limited to 4 or 5 people.
In this Vinyasa Yoga flow class, you can expect a balance of disciplines. A combination of dynamic movement and longer holds will challenge strength, stability, flexibility and balance. There is an emphasis on alignment and breath work to optimize the affects your Yoga practice can have on your life off of the mat. Great as a stand alone movement and breath practice or to compliment your other activities.
