45 min group classes on the Pilates equipment. With a maximum of 5 people, these small classes give you the individual attention you need while also providing a positive community experience.

We offer virtual mat classes via Zoom for people wanting to take classes from the comfort of their homes, or even for people traveling out of town! You’ll just need yourself and a mat and you’ll be set.
